Jessica Schulte Walker has been a trusted advisor in the health insurance industry since 2006. However, her roots in the business go back even further—growing up with her parents, Kris and Liz Schulte, the founders of Schulte Insurance Agency, Jessica was answering phones and filing paperwork long before she held a license. Today, she proudly carries on the legacy alongside her cousin and business partner, Matthew Schulte.

Jessica specializes in group health insurance for companies with 10 to 1,000 employees and approaches every client relationship with the same care and attention she would give family. She understands that every company is unique and is passionate about tailoring benefits packages to align with each organization’s culture and goals.

Deeply committed to giving back, Jessica has served on the Finance and Alumna Committees for the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, the only all-girls Catholic high school in San Diego and her beloved alma mater. She also served on the board of the Emilio Nares Foundation from 2016 to 2019, a nonprofit that provides critical transportation and support services for low-income children undergoing cancer treatment. Jessica remains an active supporter of ENF and is also a member of ProVisors, a national professional networking group.

Living with SLE Lupus, Jessica has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of the healthcare system. She is especially passionate about helping others with chronic conditions access the care they need and understand their benefits.

Jessica earned her degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in 2005 with a focus on management and entrepreneurship. She is a proud mom to a 12-year-old daughter, a 9-year-old son, and a Doberman named Duncan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her family and soaking up every adventure life brings.
