Jessica has served as an advisor in the health insurance industry since 2006, however, growing up with Kris and Liz Schulte, Schulte Insurance founders, she understood the insurance business at an early age. She laughs remembering filing and answering phones at Schulte Insurance Agency as a child. Jessica loves that she has been able to continue the legacy of Schulte Insurance Agency with her business partner and cousin, Matthew Schulte.

Jessica is passionate about giving back to her community and has served on the Academy of Our Lady of Peace's Finance and Alumna Committees. OLP is the only Catholic All Girls High School in San Diego where she graduated in 2001 and loves the school deeply. Jessica also greatly supports The Emilio Nares Foundation (ENF) and she was a Board Member for the organization from 2016 to 2019. ENF transports low income children to their cancer treatments and provides an amazing support system to families going through a cancer diagnosis. Jessica is an active member of ProVisors, a business networking organization as well.

Jessica struggles with SLE Lupus, and loves helping others with chronic medical conditions navigate the insurance world. She knows firsthand how hard it is to sift through the insurance system when receiving a health diagnosis or when she needs a new medication covered.

A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in 2005, Jessica obtained her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management and entrepreneurship. Jessica has an 11 year old daughter, an 8 year old son, and a doberman pinscher named Duncan. She loves traveling to different parts of the world with her family.

Jessica specializes in group health insurance for companies of 10-500 employees and treats her clients like family. She knows that there is no one size fits all approach for any company, and truly helps you find the best policies that fit your team culture.
