As Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) Open Enrollment begins on October 15th – December 7th, we want to share an important update that affects how you will manage your drug coverage this year.
We will continue to fully support you with:
· Medicare Supplement plans during your birthday month
· Medicare Advantage plans during the October 15 – December 7 enrollment period
However, beginning this year, insurance carriers have changed the rules regarding Prescription Drug Plans. They are no longer allowing brokers to assist with the research, comparison, or enrollment of Part D plans. While this is not a change we wanted—and we know it may feel frustrating—our priority remains making sure you still have the tools and support you need.
To help you navigate this process with confidence, we have three resources:
1. A short, step-by-step video showing you exactly how to review your medications and compare plans directly on Medicare.gov.

2. A written, step-by-step guide you can follow at your own pace.

3. You can call Medicare directly to compare Part D Drug plans for you via phone at 1-800-633-4227 if you do not prefer the self service route.
We encourage you to review your prescription drug coverage now and complete your enrollment during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). Unless your plan is going away, your current Part D plan will automatically renew for 2026 if no action is taken—but we recommend reviewing to confirm it is still the best fit for your medications and budget.
Although we are no longer able to complete the Part D enrollment for you, please know our commitment to your overall Medicare coverage has not changed. We are always here to guide you with your Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, and to answer questions along the way.
Thank you for your continued trust in us—it means the world. If you need any assistance outside of Part D, please do not hesitate to reach out by phone or email.
